Surrogacy is a strange world filled with unknowns and odd circumstances, meanwhile being one of the most wonderful things that could happen to a family.
As a case manager, I understand that being a primary point of contact for both intended parents and surrogates is crucial to the whole journey, therefore my job is to insure both parties feel safe and well taken care of throughout. Sometimes, it means I am their therapist, their caretaker, their travel agent, and their friend they could trust. It is a world filled with emotions, and I feel extremely honored to be so involved along the way.
