Yadira is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a profound commitment to helping families grow. A devoted mother of three and a seasoned surrogate herself, Yadira brings a unique perspective and empathy to her role at GSHC.
With over seven years of experience at GSHC, Yadira has held various positions including Case Coordination, Admissions, and Accounting, before assuming her current role as Head Leader of the Intake Department. In this capacity, she is responsible for carefully screening prospective candidates and matching surrogates with intended parents.
Yadira’s passion for her work stems from the profound impact she witnesses firsthand. She finds immense fulfillment in guiding couples and surrogates through the surrogacy journey, from initial consultation to the joyous moment of birth. Her belief in the transformative power of surrogacy drives her dedication to providing exceptional support and care to all involved.
Outside of work, Yadira cherishes spending time with her family and is an advocate for raising awareness about the selfless acts of surrogates and egg donors.
