I have always had a passion for creating amazing experiences for people, and during my time in the tech world, it has shown me that each person's journey is unique and personal to them. You must lead with empathy and compassion while providing the best service possible. Being a part of GSHC as a Client Relations Manager, I am so excited that I can take those skills to help support each intended parent through the surrogacy process. Not only to educate and ensure a smooth experience but also to build meaningful connections.
Personally, my husband and I have had our own journey as intended parents, and know first hand what it takes to bring children into this world. We both are from San Francisco, but chose to do both journeys in another country during the pandemic. As you can imagine, it was an emotional and amazing experience!
Having been through that, I know what it feels like to have some things out of your control, and how important trust and empathy can be when working with someone to help guide you through this process. I am excited that I get to be a part of an IP’s journey from start to finish and know that I will be there every step of the way.
