As Client Relations Manager for GSHC Surrogacy Agency, I am honored to be part of this team. Prior to joining GSHC, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while working at one of China's most prestigious education groups.
Since joining GSHC in 2020, I've had the privilege of meeting intended parents from diverse backgrounds. These include heterosexual couples facing fertility challenges, families who have tragically lost a child, same-sex couples, and single men and women. Their stories are often heartbreaking or deeply touching, yet one thing unites them all: hope.
Having personally struggled with fertility issues for years, I deeply empathize with the challenges of building a family. My 10+ years of experience in client communication allow me to effectively understand the needs and expectations of intended parents. Furthermore, my familiarity with the entire IVF, surrogacy, and egg donation process empowers me to provide tailored solutions.
Children are an immense source of joy and connection for families. A newborn can bring laughter, tears, and a whole new way of experiencing the world. It's truly remarkable! I am passionate about being part of this journey and helping more families realize their dream of parenthood.
